Our temporary staff are considered by Eva Lee & Associates to be our employees and many of our temporary candidates have been with us for a number of years.
When you hire one of our freelancers for a job, we take care of all of the payroll and deductions, making the process of using a temp painless.
Freelancers referred by Eva Lee & Associates remain our candidate for 12 months from the date of referral. If you are interested in hiring one of our candidates on a permanent basis, please contact us.
We provide a 4-hour guarantee on our freelancer's first day, unsatisfactory performance should be reported to us immediately.
