- We don't consider ourselves "sales" people, we think of ourselves as a matching service, finding the right job not just any job.

- We will then only talk to you about jobs that fit those requirements, we won't waste your time with opportunities we not won't work for you in the long term.
- We never pressurize, you are always in control.
